Start with the problem

Which of these
sounds familiar?

You do not need to diagnose the technical answer. Choose the situation that feels closest and start from there.

The simple plan

Explain it.
Prioritise it.
Control it.

You bring the current picture. We help turn it into useful decisions and a plan that stays visible.

  1. 01
    Tell us where you are

What you manage, what exists already and what is causing uncertainty.

  2. 02
    Find the real gap

We establish what appears covered, what needs checking and what matters first.

  3. 03
    Take control

You receive a defined next step, a practical assessment or a joined-up programme.

Start at the level you need

From one clear answer
to complete control.

Each level has a defined outcome. The scope is agreed before work begins, so you know what will be delivered and why.

01I need a clear assessment

FRA Core

Premises inspection, written fire risk assessment, photographic findings and a prioritised action plan.

02I need the building made clearer

Mapped FRA

The Core assessment plus a client-facing marked-up floorplan to make locations and actions easier to understand.

03I need the wider picture organised

Compliance Pack

Assessment, useful asset information, planned-maintenance visibility and a management handover.

04I need it kept under control

Control Plan

A continuing view of actions, systems, servicing, responsibilities and changes across one or several premises.

No manufactured urgency. No equipment replacement without a clear reason. No unnecessary work added to make the proposal look bigger.

Straight answers

Questions Responsible Persons ask first.

Do I need to know which service to book?

No. Explain the premises, what is already in place and what feels unclear. The gap review helps identify a proportionate next step before you commit to work.

Does an older fire risk assessment automatically need replacing?

Age alone is not the only issue. It should reflect the premises and arrangements now in place and be reviewed when there is reason to suspect it is no longer valid or following significant change.

Can you help us act on another assessor’s report?

Yes. We can help interpret the material findings, establish priorities, assign ownership and organise the evidence needed to close actions.

Can you support more than one premises?

Yes. The Control Plan can create consistent oversight across a portfolio while preserving the different risks and needs of each building.
